You need to first put the image on an imagehost like http://www.imageshack.us/ or http://photobucket.com/. Upload your image to one of those site. Photobuckt requires and account imageshack does not.
To post image on the forum get the link after you uploaded your image. You can get the link that says forum post of the direct link one. The forum link can be directly pasted in post box but the image will be shrunk. If you choose to copy the directlink click on the icon with a photograph it's the 16th button from the left if you put your mouse over the button the words Insert image will appear over your text box. Click it and a small window will pop up. Past the direct link into that textbox and click okay. Your image is now good for viewing.
